Ashley is super nice, friendly and also very very professional. I got to see how she is so good at changing somebodys mood, from being nervous to focus and go get your best photos for your wedding!

Finally I found some quiet time to update my blog! Here are some pictures of my bridal client Leah Hayes on her awesome wedding day which was very sunny and clear skies on July 23rd, 2011 at The Fraser River Lodge in Agassiz, BC.

These are some pictures of our work at Michelle’s wedding in Surrey, BC last Friday July 22nd, 2011. Oh I lovvved her dress, it was so pretty and romantic, she looked so beautiful! Hair was done by Rapunzel’s hair design (Kelly Sharp) and make-up by me  :)

She also got married at Newlands Golf and Country Club in Langley like me!!  Aw!!  brings me good memories….  :)

Loved the blue dresses her bridesmaids wore, very nice bright blue, perfect! Check this out, see you soon!

This is Johanna’s wedding on May 7th in Surrey, BC. Hopefully I’ll get the real professional pictures from her wedding photographer soon who was awesome, his name is John Heil, check out his info!, but my hair stylist Kelly Sharp from Rapunzel’s hair design took some of this pictures and they are pretty good!

We actually got to be at te ceremony because Johanna wanted us to stay for touch-ups! and it was….super romantic, it reminded me of my own wedding of course….I’m just an emotional goof….hahhahahah

I’d like to share some pictures I took at Chandra’s wedding in Langley, BC.  I loved the color she picked out for her bridesmaid and flower girl(her own daughter, awe so cute!!). A very sweet bride, love her hair color and has beautiful skin that was a delight for me to work on….I’m not joking!

Her family was super friendly and polite. And she had an awesome, picture-perfect day for her wedding! All my early summer brides must be jealous of her! hahahaha

I curled her hair and pinned down, then I put her comb tiara in, veil and her picture was camera-ready to say I do, boy she looks great in those cherry color lips!

Everything ran smoothly, and it was a beautiful day for it. Congratulations Chandra!!  So, check them out!, soon I’ll be getting the professional pictures from Ashley Martens photography.

I couldn’t believe how the bride Emilie was so relaxed!   Seriously, on her wedding day she offered us a lot of her snacks and was not nervous at all, she said she was ready any moment to go get married and was looking forward to it! Lucky her! I was so nervous on my wedding hahahaha. Very very nice bride and her bridesmaids were very helpful and friendly as well.

Emilie’s hair was a half-up half-down with clip-in extensions that I curled as loose romantic waves and carefully blended with her natural hair, you can’t even tell she’s wearing hair extensions! Spring is finally here and being surrounded by flowers and cherry blossoms you can’t resist doing a spring photo shoot!   The amazilingly talented photographer Rose Matis Dykstra of http://www.simply-rose.com/ chose the beautiful Jericho Beach in Vancouver as the location back in April of this year.
